I’m Tracy Lessard, a Registered Yoga Teacher and Menopause Coaching Specialist. My mission is to empower women navigating midlife with clarity, calmness, and confidence. Throughout my demanding corporate career, yoga was my anchor. However, when menopause arrived, it turned my world upside down—brain fog, hot flashes, sassy mood swings (my sincere apologies to everyone), and surprise body changes left me feeling lost. I even found myself in tears over a spilled drop of milk—a seemingly small incident that felt profoundly significant. And let’s not forget the added stress, accompanied by sudden anxiety!

This challenging experience fueled my passion. I relocated back to the countryside to reduce my stress and then returned to school, where I chose to blend science-based menopause coaching with evidence-based yoga therapy. This combination led to the development of my practical, personalized tools designed to help alleviate symptoms, restore balance, and reclaim joy.
